We also use **Large Language Models (LLMs) in the course of regular business operations** (internal content drafting, research, or workflow assistance). However, AmpUp does **not** use LLMs in any **customer-facing portals, apps, or automated chatbots**. All customer-facing product content, technical documentation, and support resources are created and reviewed by our team. AmpUp also uses **predictive AI** within our internal systems to monitor, diagnose, and repair chargers more quickly. These models analyze charger performance data to anticipate potential issues and improve uptime. Importantly: - This AI is **not generative** and does not produce customer-facing content. - All data used for predictive monitoring is handled securely under our compliance standards (SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, UL, EnergyStar, CTEP, Measure Canada). - No customer data is shared with external AI or LLM services.
